Handcrafted Ceramic Mugs & Cups
Mugs are personal. People develop opinions about them — the weight, the handle angle, how the rim feels on your lip, whether it can hold a filter coffee without going lukewarm before the second sip. That's why I make them in more shapes and glazes than any other category.
Every mug is handcrafted from stoneware clay, fired twice at over 1200°C, and finished with a food-safe, lead-free, cadmium-free glaze. Every piece is bone-ash-free. The walls are thick enough to retain heat, and the handles are sized for an actual adult hand — not the narrow, pinched handles that come on imported mugs.

Everything is microwave and dishwasher-safe. The glazes are designed to age well — they don't craze with repeated heating, and they don't stain from coffee or chai even after years of use.
A note on the reactive-glaze mugs: the glaze is mixed and applied by hand, then fired at temperatures high enough that the colors pool, pull, and settle differently on every piece. It's why no two Claymistry mugs look identical, and it's the reason this is the category most customers buy first and then come back for more.
