RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS AND REFUNDS

Every Claymistry piece is handmade by legacy artisans and packed by hand to travel safely. If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, we will make it right.

7-DAY DAMAGE AND WRONG-ITEM PROMISE

If a piece arrives broken, chipped, cracked or is not the item you ordered, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement at no cost to you. If the piece is no longer in stock, we will refund it in full to your original payment method.

HOW TO RAISE A REQUEST

1. Email contact@claymistry.in or call +91-8511991204 within 7 days of delivery.
2. Share your order number and clear photos of the affected piece and the outer box and packaging.
3. An unboxing video helps us resolve things faster but is not required.
4. We reply within 2 business days with the next steps.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

- Replacement: we dispatch the replacement piece within 3 business days of approval, subject to stock.
- Pickup: if we need the damaged piece back, we arrange the pickup at our cost. In most cases we will simply ask you to dispose of it safely.
- Refund: where a replacement is not possible, the refund for the affected item is initiated within 2 business days of approval and usually reaches your account within 7 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

- Natural variation in shape, glaze, colour or finish. Each piece is handmade, so small differences from product photos are part of its character and are not defects.
- Damage caused after delivery, through use, or through care that does not follow the product's care guidance.
- Change-of-mind returns and exchanges for a different design or size.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund. Write to contact@claymistry.in with your order number.
