Refund policy
At Claymistry, we take immense pride in creating thoughtfully designed, durable ceramicware meant to be a beautiful part of your everyday life. While our pieces are made to be used and enjoyed daily, we also recognize the special care required when shipping handcrafted ceramics. That’s why we take great precautions to ensure every product is packaged securely, so it reaches you in perfect condition. In the rare event that something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please find our return and exchange guidelines below.
RETURNS PROCESS
How to Return:
- Product(s) can only be returned if it is damaged or incorrect. To help us serve you better in these rare instances, we kindly request that you record an unboxing video when opening your order, as well as a video while repacking, in case of a return. Please also include clear photographs of the damaged product and its packaging. These visuals allow us to assess the situation swiftly and offer a resolution with care and integrity. Your support in this process helps us uphold the quality experience we strive to provide.
- Email us your return request within 2 days from the date of delivery at contact@claymistry.in with your name, contact number, order number, and visuals collected above.
- We’ll provide return authorization and shipping instructions within 2 days of receiving the request.
- Our pick-up partner will arrive at your delivery address and pick-up the return order. Add the return address shared in the return authorization communication.
- Return shipping cost is covered by us for damaged or incorrect order delivery only.
- Upon receiving the returned product(s), we will examine it to ensure it meets our return criteria and a full refund in case of wrong product, damaged product, or has a quality issue will be initiated to the original payment method.
- Refund is not initiated if in transit products get damaged.
Return may be rejected by our team if it doesn’t meet our return criteria. All return and refund approvals are subject to review of the shared videos, images, and the returned product.
EXCHANGES
As each of our pieces is individually handcrafted, slight variations from the product images — in shape, glaze, or finish — are natural and expected. These subtle differences are part of what make each product truly one of a kind. For this reason, we do not offer exchanges. However, if you need assistance or feel something isn’t quite right, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at contact@claymistry.in. We’re here to help.
REFUNDS
1. Refunds will be processed within 2 business days after we receive and verify your return.
2. The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method excluding shipping cost paid at the time of placing the order.
3. We are committed to ensuring that your refund is processed promptly and reaches your account without delay. Our goal is to complete the entire refund process within 10 working days of approval. If you have not received your refund after this period, we kindly ask that you first check with your bank or credit card provider, as sometimes the delay may be due to their internal processing. If you have already done so and still have not received your refund, please reach out to us at contact@claymistry.in. We’re here to assist you every step of the way.
4. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
1. We aim to complete all return requests within 10–15 days from the date of initiation. However, please note that timelines may vary depending on the serviceability and location of your shipping address. Rest assured, we’ll keep you informed throughout the process and do our best to ensure a smooth and timely experience.
2. All return and refund approvals are subject to review of the shared videos, images, and the returned product. We reserve the right to decline requests that do not meet our policy criteria.
