By accessing or using this Website, placing an order, or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding. 1. ORDERING AND PAYMENT

Order Acceptance
All orders placed through our Website are subject to acceptance and availability. Your order is confirmed once you receive an official order confirmation email from us. This email constitutes our acceptance of your order and forms a binding contract between you and Claymistry, subject to these Terms.

Payment
We accept a variety of secure payment methods as displayed on our Website at the time of checkout. All transactions must be completed in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways that comply with applicable industry standards and security regulations. We do not assume responsibility for payment failures arising from third-party systems.

Pricing
All prices listed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify prices at our sole discretion at any time before confirming an order.

Taxes and Fees
All purchases are subject to applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) and any other charges mandated by Indian law. These will be added to the total amount payable at checkout.

2. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and other information on the Website are accurate and up to date. However, due to the handmade nature of our ceramic products, slight variations in color, texture, size, or finish may occur. Such differences are inherent to handcrafted items and are not considered defects or grounds for return. We disclaim any liability for discrepancies arising from the nature of artisanal craftsmanship.

3. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

SHIPPING COSTS AND TIMES

No shipping charges are applied to order value greater than Rs 999. If it doesn’t meet the criteria, a shipping fee of Rs 99 is applied on the order value. We try to deliver the order in 5-7 days through our delivery partner. This timeline may change, subjected to delivery location, logistics availability, and other external factors.

SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY

Once the order is dispatched from our facility, the responsibility for delivery rests with the shipping carrier. We shall not be held liable for delays, damages, or non-delivery caused by third-party courier services or due to circumstances beyond our control.

INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete delivery information. We shall not be held responsible for packages lost, delayed, or undelivered due to incomplete or incorrect addresses provided at the time of order.

ORDER CANCELATION

An order once dispatched cannot be cancelled. It will go through the entire delivery process and the customer has to raise a return request after delivery is completed to return it back and receive a refund.
