Food-safe glazes
Non-toxic, made with food safe glazes. Lab test reports can be shipped at additional cost.
Clear minimums and timelines
MOQ 100 units for stock pieces, 300 for custom. Standard orders ship in 20 to 25 working days; custom work takes 45 to 90 days.
The 1% breakage promise
A 1% breakage buffer is built into every order. Anything beyond that, we replace or refund.
Packaging and delivery
Bulk packaging at actuals, included above MOQ within metros. Double-wrapped and shipped pan-India.

What is the MOQ?
100 units for stock pieces, 300 units for custom or branded work.
How long does an order take?
Standard orders ship in 20 to 25 working days from advance receipt. Custom glazes, moulds, or shapes take 45 to 90 days depending on complexity. In-stock pieces can ship in 7 to 14 days once stock availability is confirmed.
What happens if pieces break in transit?
A 1% breakage buffer is built into every order. Beyond 1%, we replace or refund. Read the full breakage policy.
Who bears the packaging cost?
Bulk packaging is charged at actuals and borne by the client. For orders at or above MOQ delivered within metros, we include it.
Can you brand or white label?
Yes. Logo placement, colour matching, and custom packaging are available on custom orders, with a one-time setup fee and a 10 to 15 percent uplift depending on complexity.
Can I get samples?
Yes. First-time clients pay for samples and shipping. Repeat clients get the product free and pay only shipping.
