Ceramic Indoor Planters

Plants need pots that breathe. Plastic planters hold too much water, cement planters are too heavy to move, and most terracotta sold in Indian nurseries cracks in the first monsoon. Ceramic planters solve all three problems, because stoneware clay, fired at up to 1200 degrees Celsius, is porous enough at the base to drain, light enough to move, and strong enough to survive a fall.

Every planter is handcrafted from stoneware clay, fired twice at high temperature, and finished in non-toxic, food-safe glazes, because the glaze on a planter sits in the home and around pets. Most planters in this collection have drainage holes; some have matching saucers.

A note on sizing: match the planter to the root ball of the plant, not the plant's height. Product pages list the internal diameter and depth so the measurement can be checked before buying.
