Privacy Policy

Claymistry Ventures Private Limited ("Claymistry", "we") runs claymistry.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Last updated: 13 October 2026.

What we collect

Name, phone, email, billing and delivery address; order and payment status (card and bank details are handled by our payment partners and not stored by us); messages you send us; device and browsing data such as IP address and pages viewed, collected through cookies and similar tools.

Why we use it

To take and deliver your order, send order and delivery updates (email, SMS, WhatsApp), handle returns and replacements, answer your questions, prevent fraud, meet tax and legal duties, and, only with your consent, send offers and measure our advertising.

Consent and choices

Marketing messages and advertising cookies are used only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by unsubscribing, replying STOP on WhatsApp, or changing your cookie choice. Withdrawing consent does not affect orders already placed.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers needed to run the store: our e-commerce platform and checkout provider, payment processors, couriers, messaging and email providers, and analytics and advertising platforms (Meta, Google) for measurement where you have consented. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records for the period tax law requires; marketing data until you withdraw consent; other data only as long as needed for the purpose above.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, or nominate someone to exercise your rights. Write to the grievance officer below; we respond within the time the law allows. You may also approach the Data Protection Board of India.

Children

We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 without verifiable parental consent.
