1. Parties and acceptance. claymistry.com is run by Claymistry Ventures Private Limited (CIN U47912GJ2025PTC166645). By using this site or placing an order, you accept these terms.

2. Products. Our pieces are handmade, so each one varies slightly in shape, glaze and size. Images are representative. Dimensions are listed on each product page.

3. Prices and payment. Prices are in Indian rupees and inclusive of taxes. Shipping is as shown at checkout. Cash on delivery orders are confirmed with you before dispatch.

4. Shipping, returns and replacements. As set out in our Shipping Policy and our Returns, Replacements and Refunds Policy, including our 7-day promise on damaged or wrong items.

5. Corporate and bulk orders. Governed by the written quote and order confirmation.

6. Intellectual property. Content, photographs and designs on this site belong to Claymistry.

7. Liability. Our liability is limited to the value of the order, except where the law does not allow such a limit.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ahmedabad have jurisdiction.
