Logo, custom glaze and custom colourways available. White label carries a one-time setup fee plus a 10 to 15 percent uplift on selling price, depending on complexity.
MOQ 100 units on stock pieces, 300 on custom. Standard orders ship in 30 days from advance receipt. In-stock pieces can move in 7 to 14 days once stock is confirmed, and can be ordered until 25 October for Diwali delivery. Custom work, meaning glaze, finish, mould or shape, runs 45 to 60 days depending on complexity.
Three approval rounds, two QC gates, one dispatch. A 1 percent breakage buffer is built into every order. Beyond 1 percent we replace or refund.
Claymistry does not run a factory. We curate from an audited network of makers, each vetted for a material specialty, and we hold quality control, packaging, the breakage promise and the relationship. A manufacturer is locked to one material ceiling. A reseller has no quality control. We sit in the middle deliberately, which is how one partner delivers stoneware, earthenware, porcelain, custom and white label on a single order. Bone china is sourced to order only where a buyer specifies it, and is never part of the Claymistry range, which is bone ash free, and how we work to make the lost art of clay and ceramic prevalent again.

For weddings, milestone gifting, and senior teams, a full service-for-six dinner set says more than a hamper can. Five collections are available for bulk orders: Sand Dunes, Sand Dusk, Olive Story, Solitude, and Folklore. Each set serves six, arrives in protective packaging, and carries the same glazes we put on our own tables. Rs 5,799 to Rs 9,199 per set, before bulk pricing.
Glaze safety. We test our glazes for lead and cadmium release to ISO 6486 Parts 1 and 2 at an NABL-accredited laboratory. Lab test reports can be shipped at additional cost. Made with food safe glazes. Corporate gifts end up on real dining tables, holding real food, so glaze chemistry is treated as part of the gift. Every piece is made with legacy artisans, supporting rural communities.
Packaging. Each hamper ships in a rigid kappa box with internal cushioning, packed to arrive whole. Protective packaging is included on orders at or above MOQ delivering within metro cities. Below MOQ, or delivering outside the metros, it is charged at actuals and itemised on your quote, so there is no surprise at the invoice. Gift packaging and transport are quoted separately. If anything arrives damaged, we replace it free. You gift it, we stand behind it.
Refunds. If a refund is due, it goes back to your original payment method as real money. Not store credit, not a wallet, not a voucher with an expiry date. The same applies to corporate orders and their accounts teams.
Pricing you can put in a PO. Our quotes are the price. We do not run discount cycles, so the number you approve in August is the number on the invoice in October.
MOQ is 100 units on stock pieces and 300 on custom or branded work. For smaller counts, write to us and we will see what we can do.
Yes. Every hamper can include a printed logo card and a personalised gift note at no design fee. Share your logo and message with the enquiry; you approve a proof before we print.
Standard orders take 30 days from receipt of advance. In-stock pieces can ship in 7 to 14 days once stock is confirmed before you commit. Custom work, meaning a change of glaze, finish, mould or shape, takes 45 to 60 days depending on complexity.

Diwali falls on Nov 8, 2026. To guarantee delivery before the festive week, confirm standard orders by 1 October, and custom, 22K gold and platinum orders by 20 September, and we lock your dispatch date on the quote. In-stock pieces can be confirmed until 25 October, subject to availability. Corporate buyers typically confirm between August and mid September, when quantities are easiest to reserve.
We replace damaged pieces free of charge. Send a photo within 48 hours of delivery and replacements ship on priority. Where a replacement is not possible in time, we refund in real money to the original payment method.
Yes. Every corporate order comes with a GST invoice against your GSTIN, and our finance team supports 2A reconciliation for your purchase team. Proforma invoices are available for PO processing.
We deliver across India, to a single office or to multiple addresses. Multi-address dispatch to employees' homes is available; share your address list and we will quote it as part of the order.
