Rosé Quarter Plate, 18cm

The Rosé Quarter Plate is a small ceramic plate in soft pink — eighteen centimetres on each side, two tall — finished with a reactive glaze that lifts the colour slightly toward warm. The pink is the colour of a rosé wine in evening light: gentle, slightly dusty, never bubblegum.

A reactive glaze means the colour varies subtly across the surface. Lighter at the centre, deeper where the glaze pools at the rim. No two plates are identical — they share the same colour family but the glaze develops its own character on each piece.

Eighteen centimetres is the right size for a side or starter — a roti and sabzi at a thali, a small portion of biryani for one, a piece of cake. The soft pink pairs naturally with copper utensils, brass katoris, or a neutral linen runner.

Available in sets of 1, 2, 4, and 6 — sized for a single seat, a couple, a family, or a household that hosts.

A note on how it's made. Each plate is shaped, glazed, and finished by hand. The reactive glaze develops its own pattern at firing temperature. Variations are part of the piece.
