The Rosé Quarter Plate is a small ceramic plate in soft pink, eighteen centimetres on each side, two tall, finished with a reactive glaze that lifts the colour slightly toward warm. The pink is the colour of a rosé wine in evening light: gentle, slightly dusty, never bubblegum.
A reactive glaze means the colour varies subtly across the surface. Lighter at the centre, deeper where the glaze pools at the rim. No two plates are identical. They share the same colour family but the glaze develops its own character on each piece.
Eighteen centimetres is the right size for a side or starter, a roti and sabzi at a thali, a small portion of biryani for one, a piece of cake. The soft pink pairs naturally with copper utensils, brass katoris, or a neutral linen runner.
Available in sets of 1, 2, 4, and 6, sized for a single seat, a couple, a family, or a household that hosts.
A note on how it's made. Each plate is shaped, glazed, and finished by hand. The reactive glaze develops its own pattern at firing temperature. Variations are part of the piece.
