SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy as on 21st May 2025 outlines the terms and conditions relating to the processing, shipment, and delivery of orders placed through www.claymistry.com (“Website”), operated by Arth Decor (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By placing an order with us, you agree to the shipping terms as detailed herein.

1. ORDER PROCESSING

All orders placed through our Website are subject to processing and verification. We endeavor to process and dispatch all confirmed orders within 2 to 3 business days from the date of order confirmation. Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays and other notified non-working days.

Upon successful dispatch, customers will receive a shipping confirmation message containing the tracking number via their registered email address and/or WhatsApp number. Please ensure that your contact details provided at the time of checkout are accurate to facilitate timely updates.

2. SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES

We currently offer Standard Delivery for all orders placed through our Website. Under this option, the estimated delivery time frame is 5 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch, subject to the delivery location and courier availability. Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to external factors beyond our control, including but not limited to logistics delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.

Shipping Charges:
We offer free standard shipping on all orders with a cart value of ₹999 or more (inclusive of taxes).
A shipping fee of ₹99 will be applicable for all orders with a cart value below ₹999. This charge will be displayed at checkout and included in the total order amount.
We reserve the right to revise shipping fees and delivery timelines at our sole discretion. Any such changes will be reflected at the time of order placement.

3. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We currently provide shipping services exclusively within India. While we strive to deliver to as many areas as possible, there may be certain remote or hard-to-reach locations where delivery services are limited or subject to delays.

Additionally, we do not ship to Post Office (P.O.) box addresses under any circumstances. Customers are requested to provide complete and accurate physical addresses to ensure successful delivery.

Claymistry reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders that fall outside our designated delivery zones or where delivery logistics are unserviceable.

4. ORDER TRACKING

Customers may track the status of their order in the following ways:

By clicking the tracking link included in the shipping confirmation email or WhatsApp message. By logging into their account on our Website and viewing the relevant order details under the “My Orders” section. If you do not receive shipping or tracking information within three (3) business days from the date of placing your order, or if you encounter any issues with tracking, you are advised to contact our support team at contact@claymistry.in for assistance.

Customer Responsibility
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address and contact details provided during checkout are accurate and complete. We shall not be liable for non-delivery or delays resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible delivery information.

Changes to Shipping Policy
We reserve the right to update, revise, or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will be published on this page and shall be effective from the date of publication. Continued use of the Website and placing of orders constitutes acceptance of the current shipping terms.

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

At Claymistry, we take immense pride in creating thoughtfully designed, durable ceramicware meant to be a beautiful part of your everyday life. While our pieces are made to be used and enjoyed daily, we also recognize the special care required when shipping handcrafted ceramics. That’s why we take great precautions to ensure every product is packaged securely, so it reaches you in perfect condition. In the rare event that something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please find our return and exchange guidelines below.

RETURNS PROCESS

How to Return:

- Product(s) can only be returned if it is damaged or incorrect. To help us serve you better in these rare instances, we kindly request that you record an unboxing video when opening your order, as well as a video while repacking, in case of a return. Please also include clear photographs of the damaged product and its packaging. These visuals allow us to assess the situation swiftly and offer a resolution with care and integrity. Your support in this process helps us uphold the quality experience we strive to provide.
- Email us your return request within 2 days from the date of delivery at contact@claymistry.in with your name, contact number, order number, and visuals collected above.
- We’ll provide return authorization and shipping instructions within 2 days of receiving the request.
- Our pick-up partner will arrive at your delivery address and pick-up the return order. Add the return address shared in the return authorization communication.
- Return shipping cost is covered by us for damaged or incorrect order delivery only.
- Upon receiving the returned product(s), we will examine it to ensure it meets our return criteria and a full refund will be initiated to the original payment method.

Return may be rejected by our team if it doesn’t meet our return criteria. All return and refund approvals are subject to review of the shared videos, images, and the returned product.

EXCHANGES

As each of our pieces is individually handcrafted, slight variations from the product images — in shape, glaze, or finish — are natural and expected. These subtle differences are part of what make each product truly one of a kind. For this reason, we do not offer exchanges. REFUNDS

1. Refunds will be processed within 2 business days after we receive and verify your return.
2. The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method.
3. We are committed to ensuring that your refund is processed promptly and reaches your account without delay. Our goal is to complete the entire refund process within 10 working days of approval. If you have not received your refund after this period, we kindly ask that you first check with your bank or credit card provider, as sometimes the delay may be due to their internal processing. If you have already done so and still have not received your refund, please reach out to us at contact@claymistry.in. We’re here to assist you every step of the way.
4. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

1. We aim to complete all return requests within 10–15 days from the date of initiation. However, please note that timelines may vary depending on the serviceability and location of your shipping address. Rest assured, we’ll keep you informed throughout the process and do our best to ensure a smooth and timely experience.
2. All return and refund approvals are subject to review of the shared videos, images, and the returned product. We reserve the right to decline requests that do not meet our policy criteria.
