Olive Story Dinner Plate, 26cm

The Olive Story Dinner Plate is a ceramic plate in olive green — twenty-six centimetres across, three tall — finished with a reactive glaze that catches light differently across the surface. The olive is warm rather than cool, closer to the colour of an actual olive than to forest green.

A reactive glaze means the colour pools and varies during firing. Lighter at the centre, deeper at the rim, with small variations in tone across the body. No two plates are identical — they share the same colour family but the glaze develops its own character on each piece.

Twenty-six centimetres is the standard dinner-plate size — built for a full main course. A plated portion of biryani with raita, a roti-sabzi-dal layout for one, pasta for one. The olive sits well against most foods and pairs naturally with the matching Olive Story Quarter Plate, Serving Bowl, and Katori for a complete table.

Available in sets of 1, 2, 4, and 6.

A note on how it's made. Each plate is shaped, glazed, and finished by hand. The reactive glaze develops its own pattern at firing temperature. Variations are part of the piece.
