Bowl Buddies Nesting Bowl Set

The Bowl Buddies set is three nesting ceramic bowls in matte ivory with hand-painted dark brown rims, sized for layered serving, small (eleven by eleven by six centimetres, 120ml), medium (fifteen by fifteen by seven, 350ml), and large (eighteen by eighteen by eight, 1200ml). The bowls nest inside each other for storage and stack on a counter for serving.

The ivory base is matte and warm, closer to the colour of warm sand than to chalk-white. The dark brown rims are hand-painted before firing and trace the top edge of each bowl. The contrast between the cream body and the deep brown border is the whole effect.

The three sizes are built for layered service. The small holds a portion of dip, pickle, or chutney. The medium fits a serving of dal, raita, or a small curry. The large works for a salad, a serving of pasta, or a portion of biryani for one. Stacked together they read as a coordinated set; spread out they cover a meal layout for one or two.

Available as a set of 2 (small + medium) or set of 3 (small + medium + large). Non-slip bases keep the bowls steady on a tabletop.

A note on how it's made. Each bowl is shaped, glazed, and hand-painted before final firing. Small variations in rim thickness and continuity are part of the piece.
