What the programme covers
- A range built for sell-through. Dinner sets, serveware, drinkware and decor across price bands, restocked in batches rather than one-off drops.
- Pricing that holds. Distributor pricing is quoted per order. Claymistry does not run discount cycles, so the number approved on the quote is the number on the invoice.
- Assets for the shelf and the listing. Product photography and care information are supplied with the order at no design fee.
- Replacement on breakage. Damaged pieces are replaced free of charge against a photograph sent within 48 hours of delivery.
Custom and white label
Where the stock range does not fit, Claymistry produces to specification: colour matching to Pantone codes, custom shapes, logo engraving and custom packaging in kraft boxes or branded sleeves. Custom work carries its own minimum and lead time, both quoted with the order.
Minimums and timelines
Minimum order quantity is 100 units on stock pieces and 300 on custom or branded work. Quotes are issued within 24 hours of a complete enquiry and carry a dispatch date.
