Ribbed Pistachio Silk Vase, 28cm

The Ribbed Pistachio Silk Vase is a slim bud vase, twenty-eight centimetres tall and just five centimetres across at the base. The proportions are deliberate — narrow enough to hold a single stem upright without props, tall enough that the stem reads as architecture rather than as a centrepiece.

The body is ribbed. Vertical channels run the full length of the vase, catching light along the ridges and pooling it in the grooves. The glaze is a soft pistachio green — somewhere between sage and matcha, lifting on the ridges and deepening in the grooves. From across a room it reads as a single quiet green vertical line.

The Silk Vase is built for restraint. A single white tulip. A sprig of pampas. A dried branch in winter. It is not a vase that asks for an arrangement — it asks for one good stem.

A note on how it's made. The vase is shaped, glazed, and finished by hand. Small variations in glaze depth and rib spacing are part of how a handmade ceramic looks.
