Woodland Whisper Vase, Reactive Olive, 17cm

The Woodland Whisper Vase is a small round ceramic vase, thirteen centimetres wide, seventeen tall, finished in the same reactive olive glaze as the Elegant Vase, in a slightly smaller silhouette. The shape is sculptural rather than functional-first: a small object that earns its shelf space on its own.

The reactive glaze is the whole effect. As it fires, the olive deepens in some places, lifts to a softer green in others, and breaks at the rim where the glaze runs thin. Every piece fires uniquely, not a manufacturing variation, but the point.

It works empty as a small sculpture. It also works with a single dried branch, a small spray of grasses, or a single short stem. The proportions suit a side table, a bookshelf, or grouped with the Elegant Vase as a pair of related but different forms.

A note on how it's made. Each Woodland Whisper is shaped, glazed, and fired individually. The reactive glaze means no two pieces look identical. What you receive will be in the same family as the photograph but uniquely its own.
