How early should I place a Diwali corporate gifting order?

Custom, gold and platinum orders close 20 September, standard orders close 1 October, and in-stock pieces can be confirmed until 25 October for delivery before Diwali week. Standard orders run 30 days, custom and branded work 45 to 60 days. We hold a Diwali production calendar every August–October.

Can you print our company logo on the ceramics?

Yes. Under-glaze logo printing means the logo is fused into the glaze rather than sitting on top. It survives the dishwasher and everyday use. MOQ 300 pieces per design.

Do you handle GST invoicing and 2A reconciliation?

Yes. We're GST-registered, issue tax invoices at the applicable rate, and our finance team supports 2A reconciliation for your purchase team.
